This policy explains what data lymio ("we") processes when operating the lymio app and website, for what purpose, and what rights you have.
The controller is lymio. For any questions, contact us at support@lymio.ch.
• Account data: your email address and — when signing in with Google or Apple — name and user identifier.
• App usage data: your daily wellbeing (energy, sleep, muscle state, stress), activities and training load (RPE), goals and notes.
• If you enable notifications: a push token for your device.
We process your data solely to provide the app: storing and showing your entries, trend analysis, goal tracking, team features for coaches, and sending the reminders you enabled.
Processing is based on performance of the usage contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), e.g. for push notifications.
We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud messaging) and Vercel (hosting) as processors. Data may be processed in EU data centres and, where applicable, in the USA.
We store your data for as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, your personal data is removed unless legal retention obligations apply.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. To delete your account and all data, contact support@lymio.ch.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for cross-app tracking or advertising.
